Rendering uncompressed Quicktime

A local TV show asked to screen some of my films and requested Quicktime files. I went to save one of them for Quicktime with the default uncompressed setting and got this error:

An error occurred while creating the media file The Man.mov

An unsupported media type was requested.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Could be the power of your pc. I just tried it and t works for me. But a 10sec clip was 845meg
