rendering problems with two different source files (in vegas 12)

Hi

Im having problems with rendering in vegas 12.

there are two source types (cameras) that Im using:
sony hx9v (original format avchd 1080p60)
kodak zx3 (original format mov 720p60)

footage from both cams was transcoded so that they match into 720p30 xvid.

aside from some hickups with audio sync that was sorted out, overall vegas did not struggle with the two sources after they were transcoded (I had issues with trying to use original footage from camears and vegas would crash upon import)

however, after rendering everything, Im getting absolutely horrible results with footage from the kodak. (everything is flickering and jumping back and forth)
im rendering with codec: main concept internet HD 720 (both checkmarks clicked for adjust framrate and size, profile high, variable bitrate.

I cannot replace transcoded footage with original files since there are 1500 clips and most have been renamed after transcoding.

any ideas?

above are samples of one of each after transcoding.
they look the same to me, and as I mentioned, vegas has no problems with editing these; it is only with rendering.
should i try a different codec than main concept?

when i watch the rendered result, i notice that the parts recorded with the kodak are looping: so a scene that should only happen once, is happening 5 or six times (jumping back and forth)

well for anyone with similar issues, I found that the problematic files were not only those transcoded from .mov to xvid avi, but more specifically; the above with sonys image stabilization applied in post.
when I deleted and re inserted those clips without any processing, all was good

btw, is there anyway to just take off the processing after it has been applied?
I cant seem to find it
