Rendering lossless out of AE yields stretched 16x9 image?

I just finished a project via TIFF sequence --> lossless quicktime animation --> compressor. Whenever I try and make a movie out of Compressor with the quicktime file, my image is stretched. I've tried numerous settings in AE and Compressor including all the pixel aspect ratios but still no luck.

My work flow was Log and Capture in FCP --> Exported to AE via Automatic Duck --> Export Tiff Sequence --> Export Tiff/Audio as lossless= 1440x1080 4:3 lossless quicktime movie. I do not have this problem when I export a lossless quicktime movie from FCP directly which yields a 1920x1080 file.

The project was shot on a Canon A1-XH with HDV 1080p24 composition settings in FCP.

Any ideas? I've been tweaking settings for the past few days and still nada... ready to break my Mac :(

How do you export your composition out from AE? Via a File - Export or Compostion - Make a Movie? Use the Comp/Make a movie and make sure your Render Settings are at full resolution. (click the best settings - Resolution Full - make sure you are exporting in 1440x1080) In the Output Module, make sure you don't have any Stretch or enforce the strecth mode HDV1080/25. Your final output should be 1440x1080. If you are looking to export to full HDTV 1920x1080, just stretch your input to 133.33 x 100 or select the HDTV 1080 24.
