Rendering in PPro

Here is something new that i learned today. If you render a clip in PPro and then copy it and paste it into a new project, you have to render it again. You don't have to do this if you paste it in the same project but in a new sequence. The point being: get the clip near where you're going to use it before you render.

What do you mean by "Timeline"? As far as I know, the only thing that Premiere calls a Timeline is the Timeline window. "Sequences", then, are the things that you open and edit in the Timeline window.
