rendering HDV to web

I've been trying to render some 720p footage for web delivery. I dialed in a resolution of 320x180. Is that correct? What's causing these little bars on the side?

well, that's a frame grab from the preview window. I rendered at 320x180. Encoded to swf from SUPER and the video has the little side bars. Wondering why. Here: http://panglaobeachvilla.com/CSB_TV.html

Go into pan/crop. Right-click on the frame and choose "Match output aspect."
