Rendering for Youtube Using Vegas 6.0

Hi,


I filmed in 24P on my DVX100B camera. I would like to put the footage on Youtube. What's the best way to go about this (for quality's sake), rendering-wise using 6.0? Many thanks!
 
Export using WMV or MainConcept, at the native resolution of the footage, with aspect ratio 1.000. For example, that could be 854x480 at 23.976 fps, aspect ratio 1.000, progressive, at 2.5 mbps.
