Rendering for Horrorfest!

So, how do I do this from Vegas?

I've searched/read other forums so I believe I need to upgrade to QuickTime Pro for the H.264 - but then what?

Also, for the MPEG2, which rendering option do I select? Is it DVD NTSC and then hit Custom and set the frame rate to 23.976 on the Video tab or something else?

When I render as a .mov and open it in QuickTime the properties for the file say it is H.264. How do I check if it is 400line? Is that the same as 400 pixels?
