Rendering FLV files in AE - URGENT!

Hello all, I need some assistance stat!

I am using .flv videos in my AE project. My client has asked for the .flv files are to play in the actual video / project. But, when I render the file out as a .mov, the .flv videos become very choppy and distorated. Any suggestions?

This project needs to be done at 5. So I'm a little frantic. Sorry if that didn't make sense.

I would convert the FLV files to QT's and then replace the FLV's in your AE project with those then render again.
