rendering a quick time file problem

Im trying to render out my film in cs3 and the quicktime file stops in the middle of rendering and says not enough memory to finish rendering... most of the forums I have read are about using fcp or vegas. Do I need to delete files out of the cache memory?

Will that work I am using 2g of ram at 41% ...it should be enough no?

Yeah I found that it sux but its still viewable for testing out stuff
