rendered as WHAT?

I have PAL Widescreen footage (shot with anamorphic) and my question is how I should rendered my edtited (on Vegas) material:


1) if I want to get full resoulution anamorphic output to tape
2) if I want to get full resolution anamorphic DVD

and the last:

3) how to burn dvd?


I have renered some of my footage as for Windows and now the clip plays in WIndow Media Player - and it is not the best quality....

Set the project to widescreen, vegas will stretch the pixels accordingly. Render as a widescreen DVD. Anamorphic is basically just 4:3 shot compressed, and then it's stretched in the NLE.
