I'm using Premiere Pro CS3 and I'm finding that when I render my Canon .mov files I'm getting bad macro blocking in the render. Of course, this is just the preview not the final render. However, I would like a render that has better quality but will play back without stuttering. My video rendering settings for the previews is Video for Windows using the Cinepak Codec by Radius.
What is a better codec to use that will give higher quality preview renders but still play back smoothly?
