Render to .MOV

Need to deliver project in .MOV uncompressed.
This is proving problematic in Vegas Pro 9d.
Zips right up to 10% and stops rendering.
Looking for answers in the compression forum, and on the Sony forum, but no satisfactory solutions so far.
Also tried rendering to PNG, but quality was abysmal.
Any help appreciated.

Do you ABSOLUTELY have to deliver uncompressed? I can't imagine a good reason to do that.

PNG (best/100%) is lossless.


Chances are if you are trying to render uncompressed and failing, your drives are not up to spec.
