Render Que In HD

Guys, im doing a favor for someone on this forum. quick little motion logo. Nothing special. he asked if i could send him an HD copy. Of course that is no problem, im sure i just changed my comp size and resize my footage. problem, when someone says HD how do I export the file. I did a 1080 comp size, but when i export do i use avi settings, h264 or what. Ive never done this before so i just want to do the best i can. also, i have sorenson 4.5 if that will help me with the 10 second clip. any tips will be useful

When someone says "HD" they've said very little. You need a lot more information.
1080 or 720?
Interlaced or progressive?
Frame rate?
Format (QT, WMV, etc.)
Colorspace (web use or ingest into a NLE) ?

The format is where i am confused. I usually output for DVD so this is a realm Im not used to for best results. Thanks Milc

i second that. unless they are telling you exactly what format they want, give them lossless and they can re-compress from there...
