Render Issue

Its been doing this alot and really torken me off. Using main consept mp4. It will render to 100% then hang there. The open button will be grayed out. It would sit that way for a month if I let it. I have to kill Vegas manualy in the task manager by ending the process. Anyone have this problem?

Vegas 9a pro 64bit
win 7 64bit

set the # of rendering threads to 2, then try again...if that doesnt work, set it to 1...I've had lots of problems with version 8a and 8c not rendering in 64bit...changing the thread count fixed it.

ok..ill try it. It was set at 16. What does this do? And have you or anyone changed the dynamic ram? I have 12gigs of ram and its only set to 350meg.
