render HD for broadcast

What format should i render from vegas for project i shot as 1080p?Its a music video for MTV base?
Is there a set format they usually need?
 
Quicktime MP4 (more compatible than MOV, although MOV is ok too), 1920x1080 at the right frame rate, aspect ratio 1.000, progressive. High or Main Profile h.264, AAC at 320 kbps audio. Video bitrate: if VBR available use 16 mbps avg with 24 mbps max, if VBR not available use about 20 mbps.

then should i go to the custom tab???
 
Iv never rendered as quicktime before so this is what im doing...or trying to do....

template : Default template
custom : frame size ; 1920x1080
Frame rate 25p
field order : progresive
pixel aspect : 1.00
video format : ??????
compresseed depth ; ?????
Quality: ?????
Audio tab : ???

im not seeing the high or main profile h.264...and audio doesn't have the option of AAC
