Render format question

It would be perfect for me if Vegas rendered to FLV. When exporting to uncompressed AVI the new AVI has serious sound sync problems.

Can anyone tell me how to get from m2t to flv, without problems or serious loss. I do have flash video encoder, but it seems not to accept an m2t input.

Some loss would be acceptable because the final product is for the web. 448 x 253 frame size.
 
i've been rendering wmv's in vegas and converting to flv using Allok Video to FLV converter. you can get a trial version from download.com.
