Render bar on CS4

[Lumiere]

Every time i re-open my project, premiere wants to render the timeline again and i found render bar red, sometimes just the part of the timelime. I read about it and they say its a cosmetic bug so it actually doesnt need to render. Is it smthng to do with scratch disk order? i use it with 4.2 update..
