Removing reflections

Is it possible to export a clip from Premire Pro CS3 into PS and remove, or tame reflections in glass?

I have a case where I need to kill the reflections in the glass of a couple of framed degrees hanging on a wall behind my subject--the glare is quite distracting.

Can anything be done in PS to fix this condition? I edit in Adobe CS3 Suite on a PC.

If your camera isn't moving. You can take a single still from your video. Bring it into photoshop. Use the clone tool or paint tool to remove the reflection in the glass. Save your still and bring the still back into the video as a second layer. Using a mask, mask out everything except the glass in the still. This should do the job. If the camera is moving. Well that's a little harder.
 
Use the clone tool and paint over it with some clean window.
If your camera is moving you'll do this in AE with a duplicated layer, repositioning of layer two and an animated mask.
