Removing pulldown after capturing?

So I just logged, captured, and organized my entire short film the other day (almost 2 hours worth of footage shot at 24pa) and went to start editing yesterday in my 23.98 timeline and when I put it in the timeline it said it needed to render and then I realized I forgot to remove the 2:3:3:2 pulldown when I captured. Is there anyway to remove the pulldown after the fact, or am I just going to be faced with recapturing everything (which I want to avoid if at all possible)?

Hallelujah! Thanks so much Noah, this fixed the problem.

ps. Last year after I first got your DVD on 24p Editing and you said that you spend 90% of your time helping people fix mistakes capturing and editing 24p footage I was thinking to myself, what idiots, it's not that hard, just watch this DVD and it's so simple........fast forward to last night after I realized the mistake I made I popped your DVD in again and while I was watching it I was like "Wow, I'm one of those idiots..." Thanks so much for you help, I really appreciate it!
