Removing noise question

I have just captured some footage were i did not have enough light and so just went ahead and shot it anyway.

There is some noise in the image and i was wondering what would be the best way to get rid of this as i have never done it before, I have tried a search on here but nothing
any help greatly appreciated

There used to be a plugin called Grain Surgery but I think it's no longer being sold. Other than that you're sol in FCP.
