Removing fields to QT ?

Hi,

I recorded at 24PN, edited in a 29.97 timeline and want to output QT.
I have a 1:85 mask and I couldn't output QT cropping it, more than that, I couldn't find settings for interlace the fields.

What should I use for getting a nice QT ? Any external software ?

You've edited at 29.97. That frame rate includes interlaced fields. Are you tryign to remove interlacing because it will be QT on a computer screen?

Your editing software should be able to crop your image if you wish.
 
Yes.... to share the movie in the internet, it has 3:2 pulldown... but after edited the frames cadence was broken. So I can't just remove the pulldown.

Crop is ok.

Most web video is half size. If you're doing the same then the fields will be merged in the resize process.
If your main target is full size web then it's probably best to shoot and edit progressive to begin with.

I could merge fields, but I got best result using only 1 field of video, my software has this option to output in frames, field 1 or field 2.
My problem now is sync, after 1 minute of video the audio sync starts to offset a little and at the end I have a noticeable audio out of sync. I was tryng MPEG-4 Video codec and Qualcomm Purevoice for audio.
Quality was medium, 29.97, keyframe every 15 frames max rate: 50kbps.

Any idea ?
