Remove dust in post?

I have some dust problems (blurry blobs from sunlight) that I didn't notice during shooting... is it possible to remove them in post? Thanks.
 
if its on corners you can crop and sacrifice quality or if u have a lot of time export every frame as a jpeg and edit them in photo shop
 
dont export as a jpeg, ever.

The compression hit is horrific.

Post a still... sounds like you had dirt on the lens/filters... if so, its MUCH more
difficult to do anything about it.
