Remove Audio Skips

We're trying to make a song. We NEED this instrumental...TODAY. We shot the video and recorded the lyrics and EVERYTHING, but we can't progress until we find a version of this song that doesn't skip:

It starts skipping right around halfway. 1:30. It doesn't really 'skip' per say... the song is continuous, but there are these little jumps in it that are highly annoying. You'll hear them.

My request: How do you suggest I get these jumps out in editing? I tryed to just remove the frame it jumps in, but of course it shortens the song and throws all the pacing off. And I can't find the CD or song in iTunes for purchase...

If you think you have the answer for me, could you please call me with it (It takes so long to get answers on here, And don't worry about me giving my # out, it's a public number and the whole world has it)

THANX ALOT in advance! Peace!

Thanx for the suggestion, but I don't feel like leaving the house. I need it online... NOW. I stay in Detroit, there ARE no Karaoke stores.

PM me your e-mail addres and ill send you the quickly restored version. I just took a couple minutes to clean up some of the junk in your file. its not perfect because i dont have that much free time right now, but its alot better than before.

Um....okay, I'm about to make a quick run. but I'll be back on in about an hour. Hopefully it's sent. Once again, THANX FOR EVERYTHING!

I just soundbooths spectrum analyzer to view the noise as it stands out from the normal waveform, and roughly removed the noise instances with an audio healing tool, then used a click /pop filter to smooth out any remaining odd values in the areas. I didnt use PPRO at all. again its not perfect cause i just dont have time for that right now, but its playable at least. i have to boot my other machine to send you the mail. should be there in a few minutes. you can use the same easy method to really do a bang up job of cleaning it up, but its a lower quality mp3 to start with, and it will take some time. let me know if it works here because my other machine will be turned off to check mail again after i send it.
