Removal of jagged steps on NTSC Monitor

I am moving several still photos around in 3D space but I find the jagged steps at the edge of the stills a bit distracting as they cross the horizontal lines on the NTSC monitor. Is there a way to minimize this effect? Thanks.
 
try adding supersampling, try adding chromablur, try adding the reduce interlace flicker switch to the images A mix of these three, or one of them individually might/should fix the problem.
 
Spot, you are the man! I applied the "reduce interlace flicker" switch and that cleared up the problem. Thanks so much!

Edit: I also added a wee bit of chroma blur, but the vast majority of the improvement came from just switching on reduce interlace flicker :thumbsup:
