I'm looking for a solution for a translator in another country to translate/subtitle interview footage remotely for a documenatary. be it directly onto the footage or via some kind of timestamp overlay or annotation. Does anyone know of an online program that may do this. Maybe something like a shared editing platform? I think vimeo pro has a review page feature that may be the answer. has anyone used this before?
