I've come up with a need to remote control a FX-1. I know it comes with one, but it's infrared, close range and requires a human. I'd like one that's preferably wired or RF (less reliable, more expensive). I'd like it to be capable of being event triggered - maybe with a timed horizon and endurance. (Think user selectable recording time after motion detected trigger for example.) I can probably cobble something together but I hate reinventing the wheel if somebody's done it already.
Any help appreciated. This thread also started under fx-1, hoping for wider exposure since there may be a generic solution out there somewhere.(hope hope). Thanks all.
