Reloaded wrong clips in Premiere Pro 5.5

For some reason, I having trouble explaining this. Bare with me.

I have footage from a wedding in a folder. In that folder, are 3 sub folders. Each of the 3 folders has footage from a separate memory card. So Folder 1 is called "SD Card 1", Folder 2 is "SD Card 2" and Folder 3 is "SD Card 3".

Since these are separate cards (GH1 cameras btw), they all start at 0 in terms of their file name. So the first clip in all the three folders is identical with "00000.MTS", the second clip in each folder is "00001.MTS" and so on.

All this footage I have 80% edited and completed a year ago. I must've moved the main folder containing all subfolders and files because when I open the project, Premiere asks "Where is file 00000.MTS?"

Here is where I messed up. I relocated the wrong 00000.MTS file in relation to what I had edited last year. Premiere Pro "smartly" recognized where to find the rest of the files, but since I selected the 00000.MTS from the wrong sub folder, it's now thrown the entire project into a giant mess of clips getting the old switch-a-roo.

I seem to be able to piece by piece, replace the footage, but this will take hours. My actual question is, is there anywhere I can have Premiere ask me again "Where is file 00000.MTS?" and point it to the correct subfolder and let it figure out the rest? Please help! Thanks.
