Relinking audio to video

if you insert your video only into your sequence, is there a way to go back
and tell FCP that you want the audio as well?

After you did a cut with video only?

figured it out...

it works by match framing to the original media and laying it back in

You got it...Easy way is to stick the play head overtop of the clip, click F (match frame) and then click f10 (overwrite edit). Your in and outs usually stay the same, unless you have manually changed them.
