relicensing footage?

I hope this is the right forum for this thread.

Alright, I have never had to do this in my professional career, but I have a client that wants to use footage I shot for another client.

Client A is okay with client B using this footage. The problem is that I have no idea what to charge for relicensing.

The footage is 1080 30p. It was shot on a Panasonic GH3.

Are there standard rates for this kind of thing?

You should charge half of the production cost you had for making the first shoot. That is for a two year licence. Often if you have actors involved they get half of their original fee and they also have to approve.
