release forms

[DVX100Shooter]

I have scene in a music video that is going to be shot in a club and another outdoor scene with lots of extras. Does everyone have to sign releases? The club scene will be an off night or shot during the day when the club is closed and we will bring our own people to fill up the club enough for the shot.

yes, you do. to be on the safe side, you need:
-location release
-releases for all the peopl who will be visible in the shots

releases are always needed, regardless of where you are filming. unless you are filming celebrities. the dont have the privilege of privacy.
