Where can I find them? I had a folder filled with documentation but my wife deleted them on me a while back without me knowing about it until today. grrrrrr

Basically I need it all again, ugh.

Wow, looks like he eliminated all of them. I found what I believe to be the files PJR had on his site. I have uploaded to mine and provided you a link here. Advise if you need anything else.

Hey most of those forms are locked so that you can't edit them. Is there a way to unlock them to edit?

Sorry, had the flu yesterday. I opened a doc and was able to unprotect them. If you click on tools at that top then you may have to click on the double down arrow thingy, which should reveal the option unprotect document. Just click on that and it should let you do what you want. There was no password on the one I clicked on. If you have any more problems, let me know which doc it is and I will try some other stuff.
