Am currently assembling release forms, and have a few questions.
The forms I have found dont have the phrase "IN PERPETUITY" in them. Do I have to put this in there?
I cannot afford to pay anyone, so I will have a no compensation clause in the form. How do I write this into my "update" of the form I find and download?
Does anyone have a music release form? I am having a few friends record some 17th century classical music and want to know how to go about it. Do I just get the sheet music of the classical artist, record my friends playing it, and.......what else? They have agreed to let me have/own the music to use in my library of prerecorded music I am assembling. How must the release form be worded for this?
Also, what form is there for crew members, who, will also be working for free?
