I have been relatively informal, almost all the time, in my dealings with clients, and I would like to start being a little more official--I am looking for a form/template/contract that would stay 90% the same but be update-able for each job, basically something that says "I am agreeing to x work for y compensation, and any alterations to those parameters may result in additional fees", etc. etc.
Anyone have/use anything like that? Thanks.
