Scarlet MX? I'd take the FS7. Scarlet Dragon? I'm going with the Red.
That's if overall image quality is the primary goal. If I were shooting primarily corporate videos or documentaries, the Sony would hold more appeal with it's broader functionality (internal NDs, good internal codec for high-volumes of footage).
They're very different cameras so it will all depend what you need.
Personally I'd take the FS7 every day of the week (even over an Epic Dragon) because to me, decent audio and in-built ND's are more critical to the type of run-n-gun field work I do than 6K or Raw is. So you need to ask yourself what it is you'll be shooting.
From a business perspective, FS7 makes more sense as it is a commonly requested camera. Of course, Red's are commonly requested too, but that generally means they want a higher end model that can do slow motion and larger-than-4K resolutions - Scarlet MX doesn't cut it in those discussions.
We used to have a Scarlet MX at work. I hated that camera. The image was not much better than a DSLR. We sold it and bought a Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6K after I bought the 4K version for myself a few months before. Even my Mini 4K looks better than Scarlet MX
