Reelpak 1 filmlook problems....

1. How do undo a film look?
2. How do I apply a different film look for each bit of footage on the timeline??

I assume you mean in Ultimate S. In Celluloid, you can select the individual clips on which to apply the looks, but U-S applies them to the entire track.

To remove the effect, you can do an "undo." Or, you can right-click on the little green cross on the track control panel and select "Delete all".

Okay that doesn't work. It's really frustrating so bear with me as I try to explain.

1. There green cross on timeline(events fx) is not green it's grey as nothing has been added to it, so therefore you cannot delete all.
2. No it does not apply them individually to tracks it does all the footage.

Celluloid should definitely give you the choice of applying the FX to the track or the project or just the clips you've selected.

If you had all of the clips selected when you applied the FX, then you'll have to remove it from all of the clips. You might be able to find a script which can do this automatically. Check VASST.com.

OKay the problem is now that I've rebooted my pc and gone back to change a FX film look i.e. say I applied 'warm film'. Which I didn't like. So, now I want to remove warm film and apply say 'film-like'. I can't undo it because there is no option to undo it.

It's really very annoying. Sorry in advance.

Somewhere, either at the clip, track, or global levels, there's a green cross you can right-click to delete all of the FX.

Aha - it's on track. Silly me. Found it.

Hey it's a learning curve. At least some other guy won't go through the same problem.

Nice one David. Look forward to some more reelpaks.
