Reduser Viewing Count has Been Off Since Beginning

Just a small thing to note, one day during the week around 3pm or so, I say the total "viewing" numbers on reduser at about a factor of 1/8 the size that it is mostly reportedly viewed at. Instead of 484 people viewing the various subforums, it was more in line with smaller numbers.

As a test, I checked the monthly visits via alexa - and it's at around 350k unique impressions per month, down from 500k from last year.

In comparison, another forum owned by landmine, dvxuser.com is at 450k unique impressions per month, down from 850k from same time last year.

If we analyze this, and say 350k visitors came to reduser.net per month, that's about 1100 users per day - and let's say average user spends about 20 minutes on the site, that would be around 27-50 viewing the entire site per day - which is more in line with reporting on the other, more popular landmine site - which has on average about that number in each forum.

So my conclusion is that the data is off, and has been off for a while. I wonder if there is some way to readjust this?

Further proof is that on a forum post, with 508 people "viewing" - a post I did got individually about 1100 views total over three days and it was a video that got a total of 100 clicks, and 1000 loads. Which seems a little more to further hypothesis that the "viewing" number is inaccurate and has been for many, many years.

Which is interesting to me, because it seems more accurate with the other landmine sites.

Maybe this has been a longstanding bug in reduser?

Let me know what your thoughts are!
Thanks!

The numbers that you see at the bottom is from a plugin. And the numbers you see also includes spammers, banned users and bots of various search engines that crawl the site. So there can be a high view count of a thread, but less hits to the video. I don't think those numbers are of any interest to any users except for someone trying to think if a site is doing well or not. Advertisers can always ask for numbers from google analytics. Alexa numbers are also not absolutely sacrosanct. Their methodology is based on a sample of users.

Also, it is important to have a few great users posting and disseminating knowledge vs many pretending to be experts and dishing out questionable opinions. Over a period of time one gets to know how to segregate the wheat from the chaff.
