Reducing moire on touch devices?

I've been shooting video of a number of touch devices (iPad, Surface, etc.) using Nikon and Canon HDSLRs, and the portion of the screen on these devices that is most in focus exhibits pretty bad moire pattern. (Example image attached) Does anyone have any tips or tricks (or know of a different camera) to use to lessen the moire, or negate it entirely?

We're shooting actual touch demo videos, so we show the hand doing touch gestures and whatnot - it's not just a static image.

You can also make it a little 'soft', if the focus is on the hand gesture and not the screen.

Every production I am on, almost always replaces screens in post.

Back in the olden days there were the sync problems with shooting TV screens due to the difference in frame rate, unless one changed the refresh rates on the TV's... now it's moire effects...
