Anyone have experience with these two motorized focus systems?

I'm looking to add something like these two to my MFT system but would like to hear some feedback first!

Why would you need a wireless follow focus for run-n-gun work anyway? If you are shouldering or hand holding the camera could you not adjust focus by hand? I mean it's right there in reach of your left hand. Or am I missing something.
 
I've tried the DEC, and although I think they have a great idea on their hands, the unit seriously lacks for precision - the adjustable hard stops kept slipping on mine so I had to return it.

For providing a modicum of focus control on a small gimbal or something, I suppose it's okay.

I find using the focus barrel on the lens introduces unwanted shake for a good percentage of the shots (depending on the camera movement and throw of focus).

So I am thinking of using a remote focus system to eliminate unwanted shake. Yes I've lived without it up until now, but I'm always looking for ways of improving my run 'n gun workflow.

Are you handheld when doing this? I use a manual follow focus many times like this with positive results.
