Redrock Micro - MicroArm Long Question

Just got the "long" microarm from Redrock Micro and I am having a heck of a time getting it to work properly. The larger ball pops out of the joint and the entire arm won't tighten properly. I basically had to put the arm together when I ordered it from Samy's. It came undone and parts were everywhere. Anyone know how this thing is supposed to properly go together? Or could someone at least upload a photo for me to see how theirs is together? Stupid arm made it a PITA to shoot today.

Its the short arm but same same really.
Not sure my pics will help you.
Sounds like the little washer/spacer thing that sits between the wall and the open part of the joint is in the wrong spot or missing.

I dont have a set of pliers to undo the ball joints at the moment but if you still have no luck ill give it a shot when i get home
