Redrock M2 vs Letus35 Extreme

Hopefully this is the right forum for this. Can anyone tell me which of the above two lens adapters is better?

I have the option of getting just an M2 (without rails or base) for $200 or a complete Letus35 extreme (adapter, base, and rails) for $560. Also from my understanding the M2 doesn't flip the image??

M2 for $200 is a much better deal. Base and rails can be had for very cheap.

The redrock looks nicer (subjective) but I understand the letus has less light loss than the earlier M2 model (for some that is more important). The M2 does not flip the image and depending on your camera you probably will need a monitor (it's good thing to have anyway). Redrock do have an add-on modular flip available. Also consider what the redrock you are looking at comes with? You might also need a mount, couplers, achromat, shims... the rails are only half of it.
