Redrock M2...making sure is working

I just got my M2 at the mail...and i put it on..and everything. I don't have my lense yet, but my question is...how do I make sure the adapter is working propertly?
 
lanchefilms, out of curiousity, what lens will you be using? and which camera will you be attaching the M2 on? I am going crazy about this already.
 
Turn it on? If it turns on, and isn't buzzing or having any obvious problems (like falling apart), I'd say it works properly. But you'll need to put a lens on it to know for sure if it's calibrated properly, which is should be. I haven't had any problems with mine at all, except having to lower the motor a little bit, which wasn't a problem.
 
Check absolutely everything.
Does it center on the screen.
Do your lenses focus at infinity and do the footage numbers seem accurate.
Is the allignment correct so you are square to it.
it took me three session of about 4 hours each to get ours right.

Get a blow up of a resolution chart if you can.

There are some videos you can watch that show you how to set it up and of course, the forums are great.
