Hi guys!
I'm having a bit of trouble and was wondering if anyone here could help me out.
I've been having trouble with my M2 shifting late when I pan the camera. For example, I will pan right and then about half a second later the screen will jerk right to follow, like a delayed reaction or something. It's really annoying because it makes the beginning of my panning shots look terrible. No matter how smoothly or slowly I pan, I still get that jerky delay at the beginning. It also takes a half second to stop moving when I stop.
Could there be something wrong inside of my M2? I tried asking redrock on the forum but for some reason they moved it to their "super secret" support part of the website where you have to get permission and stuff and they are having trouble adding me because they can't find my user name.
