Redmere HDMI for ~23 foot run?

I have a sony action cam HDR AS15 that I mount atop a 23' pole. It has live HDMI out so the intent was to run an HDMI cable from the camera down to my HDMI vest mounted monitor.
The problem is the signal won't carry past about a 10' cable. It worked ok testing inside but once outside in colder temps the signal was lost.
I really want this to work.
I can probably get by with a 20' cable since I rarely need to hold the pole to max height.
Would a redmere cable be able to push the signal so I can accomplish a longer reach around 20'?
Possibly the action cam is the weak link with a weak output. I don't know.

Another issue is the action cam has micro HDMI so that means I'll probably have to use a micro to full size HDMI adapter which can also lesson the signal strength.

And yes I know the AS15 has wifi but around 15-20 feel it is very flakey and usually just gives random freeze frames.

The Redmere is an active powered uni-directional cable (source>display)that pulls its power from the HDMI source. Not sure micro HDMI supports this feature. HDMI should be good to at least 35' with a premium quality cable. We routinely connect commercial systems up to 50' with passive cables with no issues, but they are not cheap. A 50' pro grade cable certified for up to 1080p 60 1.3 deep color runs $185 dealer cost.

Thank you.
I use mostly Aurum Ultra, Mediabridge, CablesMatter and BlueRigger HDMI cables which are all inexpenive cables.
What would be a good brand for a good cable? Ideally it would have a micro HDMI male connector and a full size male connector on the other end and be 25'-30' long.

I tested it again today with a 25' and also with a 15' micro HDMI and the picture would just flash on the monitor occassionally. When I attached a short cable instead, it worked great.
