I've been working at coming up with the best rig that will work for both my DSLR and my future Red camera.
Just so I don't need to upgrade all the time. Personal preference. Nothing is set in stone whether Im buying this or not. Just wondering at the moment.
I've been wanting to power my Canon T2i externally for quite some time now.
Well, can I use the Red Quickplate with the Red Bricks to power my DSLR?
I can buy the LP-E8 D-Tap adapter that will go into the battery slot and connect to the port on the side of the Red Quickplate.
But, Im not sure on if the power will not destroy my camera or vise-versa. Is it safe?
*Honestly, I dont even see an LP-E8 D-Tap anywhere anymore. I dont know if they exist
