Red hot Lavalier

Im thinking about purchasing a lavalier set. But as in everything, you cant go cheap. I was thinking about the

Azden Lavalier sets and reciever transmitter

Anyone who used them wanna share opinions? I would like to go for the Sennheiser but if the quality is the same, why would I? Thanks

Have not used either but from what I have heard from those that have, the Azdens are pure junk. The Senns are passable but still pretty noisy. If you aren't going cheap (but have a limited budget) something from the Lectro 100 series is good.

Looked up the lectro 100s on B&H ... Yowza... anything worth buying for about half the price of a lectro?
