Red Bull Air Race site and video

I just wanted to point out a great website and event that they should check out:
<http://www.redbullcopilot.com/>

This struck a nerve with me because I'm actually working on video like this now.
I'm doing an airshow demo at the airshow in Peachtree City this weekend for some friends of mine using bullet cameras etc..

Nice, NICE work. Anyone know anyone crewing this shoot? Kudos.
Here's hoping the golden age of aviation will return (sound of one man clapping).
Well, I'm an optimist.

Are you a pilot? :engel017:

Why, yes I am!
Not an airshow pilot mind you. I just have a simple experimental:

It's about as cheap as you can get and fly- aside from hanging onto a couple of feathers and flapping your arms really hard!
I started doing video work for a safety seminar we held every year here in Georgia, and it's started to branch out from there (aviation video that is).

i am a semi-pilot. I fly gliders or I only need 1 last exam to fly alone anywhere.

I'm having a blast with a lipstick cam I bought offf of Ebay. I've worn it on my flying helmet a couple of times, and now I'm rigging a Russian Technovia with 2 of them to capture the sites and sounds from the cockpit during an airshow. Of course- I'll shoot from the ground during the routine also. Great way to get in free. :laugh:

Good luck on that glider rating- always wanted to try my hand at that. Heard it helps a lot with piloting skills.

Stick and Rudder!
Jeff :thumbsup:
