Recut Software?

I'm searching for an alternative software of VideoToolShed Recut, (http://www.videotoolshed.com/product/13/recut).

I searched but it is the only one I found, making that kind of things.
Is someone knows another one ( working on windows )?

Why? Because this does what you want. Or are you looking for free or cheaper?

Free or cheaper would be great but I want to compare it to other soft (some have maybe more tools, etc) before buying it.

AH. Some software exists because there is a hole to fill. There was something else...not free. Dang it...what was it?
