recording times

This question is probably answered already many times. I have to record a concert of 1.5 hours. I only have one 64 GB card. So the best possible quality that fits my card will be 720/25p/AVC-intra-100 ???
Recording will be done in a theater, any suggestion/tips I should consider ? There will be a soundman so I hope I will get a sound feed from his mix to my cam, is there anything special I should pay attention to with such feed ?
Any other suggestions are welcome.

If you take a sound feed then make sure he sends you a 1khz reference tone at 0db level which should correspond to -18db on your full scale meters.

One useful thing is that you can expand the level meters to a larger scale to check such levels and feed the mix to ch 3+4 so you can leave ch 1&2 with a camera mic or if you have wired the D-type radio mic plug a fourth mic for crowd FX.

Also get him to run the programme audio to what he sees as his max level and this should not be too hot or overload the inputs and if he can get him to peak at around -10db, then switch on the auto gain circuits for ch3+4 to make sure you do not get overload and so your levels stay under control.

An even better move would be to get yourself a mixer and feed his feed into that before your camera as you will then get more control over the levels and add a limiter or compressor to the signal chain.

As for codecs it may be that AVC Intra 50 is enough if it is not for broadcast and that would allow you to do 1080 albeit at 1440x1080, if you can go 720 at AVC Intra 50 then that will give you even more time space.
