Record four channels on HPX 170?

How do I record 2 lav mics and the two in camera mics for a total of four inputs on the HPX 170. What should all the controls be set at, to record 4 channels? Thanks.

Set channels 1 and 2 to "EXT", and that'll put channels 3 & 4 on the internal mic.

I actually don't have those selections on my HPX 170.

my control panel is like this

CH1 SELECT..........CH2 SELECT ..........INPUT 1 ............INPUT 2

INT(L) .................. INT(R)...................ON......................ON
INPUT 1 ................INPUT 2.................OFF....................OFF
INPUT 2
........................................................---- MIC POWER +48V ----

I want to set it for 2 LAV MICs and the L and R Camera Mic. total four channels
