Recommended Trapcode Shine tutorials?

I just started using Trapcode Shine in P Pro 1.5. A great plug-in with many cool possibilities. I checked out the Wrigley tutorials and a couple at Toolfarm. Can anyone recommend some other helpful tutorials for Shine?
